STEP 1 – Before you begin, here are the basic requirements

Your video MUST be in the following specifications:
The higher the quality your submission the higher the quality the encode delivered to the iTunes and other stores.
Compression Type: ProRes – Preferred for HD or H.264 – Also Acceptable
File Format: .mov (ProRes) or .mp4 (H.264)
Dimensions: At least 1280×720 (1920×1080 Preferred for HD)
Frame Rate: Native (No less than 23.98 FPS)
Bit Rate: Unrestricted (at least 150 mb/s is Preferred for HD, If H.264 at least 50mb/s)
The video must be de-interlaced and be setup for multi-pass encoding
NO frame re-ordering in your encoding settings
The size of your video cannot be above 1GB for H.264 video or less than 3GB for ProRes video.
If video is bigger than 1GB ( For Example: 4K resolution or providing a ProRes file) Provide us with a download link such as Dropbox or Google Drive
Please export all encodes using Compressor or Quicktime.
Sample Rate: 44.100 KHZ
Bit Rate: 320 kbps CBR
VIDEO CONTENT SPECS —————-
All videos need to only show the music video itself with no on screen distractions
NO URLs, hashtags, handles, dates, shoutouts or other promotional text on screen.
NO burn in logos in corners of screens throughout the video.
NO front / ending slates, title or end cards in video (white text on black screen).
NO MTV style credits in corner of video.
NO still image or blank screen in video, videos need to have active pixels.
End credits can’t be longer than 3 seconds TOTAL.

Your file must be renamed as follows:
No spaces and/or special characters allowed (: ! # , @ $ % ? “ ‘)
Only English and Numbers Language alphabet (No other languages to be listed file name wise ie. russian, asian, or arabic letters)
Now that you’ve got all that squared away, Step 4 is the delivery process.
Simple step here but, but before you deliver we ask that you prepare a zip file with the video file in the above specifications + a audio track that matches the exact length of the video. Please create a zip file and title it the same as your video submission. Via the next step, you will be taken to a metadata page followed by an upload page that uses WeTransfer. It is important that you fill out the metadata as correctly as possible to avoid problems and/or delays.

We also recommend sending video to us AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to your wanted go live date. It takes about a few days to a week for video partners to be ingest, approve and process new videos into their networks. Please plan your video go live date accordingly and early.
Proceed to the final step to conclude!
In order for us to begin processing of your video, we need to receive a fee of $75 dollars. Once the fee is fully paid you will be redirected to a video metadata submission form to fill out your metadata info and once that is complete, will be taken to a WeTransfer page in order to upload your video. If video is bigger than 2GB, you can also send us a Google Drive or Dropbox download link to the video. Send the video file to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want to ensure video does not have delays, please have everything ready in order to begin processing.
